Process description(see drawing for ref.)
The plant is of molecular sieve purification system, normal
Air is sucked via filter and goes to air compressor. After cold
blow out through stage by stage it goes to air precooling system
and after condensing water is separated in water separator, it
enters absorbing drum of purification system for removal of
moisture, CO2, and carbon hydrogen, etc. After purified, it enters
heat exchanger in rectification column cold box where it has heat
exchange with O2, N2 and waste nitrogen in reflux. Part of air via
throttling, it goes to the lower column. The other part of air is
abstracted from the middle part of heat exchanger and goes to
expansion turbine for production of cold. After expansion, low
tempt. air enters upper column(or part of it enters waste nitrogen
pipe to be reheated and to be vented)and is priliminerily separated
in lower column. Liquid nitrogen is at the top of the lower column
and liquid air is at the bottom of the lower column;. Liquid air is
abstracted from the bottom of the lower column and goes through
subcooler to the middle part of upper column.Liquid nitrogen is
abstracted from the top of the lower column and goes through the
subcooler to the top of upper column. Afater air is efficiently
rectificated in the middle part of the upper column,liquid oxygen
is abstracted from the bottom of the upper column as product
oxyxgen. Product oxygen goes through heat exchanger to be reheated
and is discharged out of the cold box. According to the need of the
customer, product oxygen goes through balloon for buffering and is
conpressed in oxygen compressor. It is delivered through pipe to
the customer or for filling of the cylinders.
Nitrogen is abstracted from the top of the upper column and goes
through LN2 subcooler and heat exchanger to be reheated to be
discharged out of the rectification column to be vented or is
compressed by nitrogen comressor via pipe to be delivered to
customer or be filled into cylinders for saling. Waste nitrogen is
absstracted from waste nitrogen opening at the top of upper column
and is reheated via heat exhcanger to purifier to be used as
regeneration gas or to be vented.
* All lower pressure, purificationsystem for purifying of theair,
air bearing expansion turbine for production of cold, aluminium
plate-fin heat exchange process increase the satability, saftey and
reliability of plant operation.
* Few equipment and less space for the plant. Simple operation,
conveniency, all data is supervised by online digital display
instrument reduce the operation persons.
